Must-Try Peanut Butter Arctic Roll

This peanut butter arctic roll is a must-try frozen dessert.  Sponge cake is layered with peanut butter, ice cream and chocolate covered peanuts before being rolled up and set in the freezer.  You can do a hundred variations of this recipe including Nutella, vanilla ice cream and chocolate covered hazelnuts.
