This vegan alternative to heavy whipping cream is simple and easy, especially with the help from a blender. You can also flavor the cream with spices and various extracts. Serve your cashew cream with fruit, on top of cake, or with your crumble.
Ingredients:
Put the cashews in a bowl and add cold water to cover them. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
