Cinnamon apple chips from Munchin with Munchkin are good and good for you. Thin slices of apple are dusted with cinnamon sugar (I prefer Saigon cinnamon) and baked until crisp. To achieve uniform slices, use a mandolin or food processor. This will ensure the chips cook evenly. Cinnamon apple chips are a healthy snack that kids and adults will absolutely love.
Ingredients:
3-5 apples (I used MacIntosh)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. raw sugar (Optional)
