These mozzarella cheese filled hearts from Hungry Happenings are a savory Valentine's Day snack. Pre-made pie crust is cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter and filled with mozzarella cheese (not fresh). The hearts are coated in parmesan cheese before being baked in the oven. This heart shaped appetizer is served with a red pepper pesto.
