Taking two New Orleans favorites and turning them into one delicious looking dessert can never be a bad thing. Bananas Foster and bread pudding have a new love child, just in time for Mardi Gras -- Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding. If you'd rather skip the bourbon, the dessert works just as well topped with butter pecan ice cream. For the over-zealous dessert eaters out there, you can top this bread pudding with both!
