Chips and dip are an essential gameday snack. Instead of reaching for ranch or French onion, try making this cilantro lime yogurt dip instead. It is loaded with flavor from the chopped fresh cilantro, green onion, and lime zest and juice. If you are a fan of heat, a chopped jalapeno would also be delicious. Serve this cilantro lime yogurt dip with carrots, celery sticks, and pita chips.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion tops
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
