This 6 ft. 7 Darth Vader cake is one sidiously cool sweet. The Star Wars cake confection, created by Amanda Oakleaf bakery, weighed just about 500 pounds, and was made with 386 eggs, 2 gallons milk, 3.5 cups vanilla, 32 lbs flour, 46 lbs sugar and 57 lbs butter. The most epic parts about this creation is definitely the cape, which was made of fondant hanging off the confectionery sculpture and the light saber, which was created with solid piece of watermelon sugar.
