'Muru Pops Down in Tytyri' Bistro is an Otherworldly Underground Eatery

September 1, 2012

Muru Pops Down in Tytyri, a pop-up bistro, is about 262 feet beneath the ground. The "pop-down" eatery, which will be open from Sept. 10 to Sept. 26, allows clientele to enjoy a four-course meal, cocktail and wine package as well as explore the mine's museum tour for an evening. The attendees must bravely go down into the world's tallest elevator test tower, complete with a mining helmet for safety.
