Deep-fried breakfast cereal is the latest "Chicken Charlie" Boghosian creation. The creator, who debuted deep-fried Kool-Aid last year at the San Diego County Fair, offers his artery-clogging fair fare in Trix and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
