The Madison Jackson apartment building in the Lower East Side supports a vegan lifestyle. The renovated public school will include 24-hour vegetarian room service, a juice bar and organic laundry facilities.
Hopefully the Madison Jackson will be serving up some of these delightful vegetarian recipes.
