Niki Taylor Stays Healthy With Homemade Smoothies

Model Niki Taylor leads a healthy lifestyle with the help of her homemade smoothies. Taylor says she always makes sure her refrigerator is stocked with the right ingredients. 

"We are always making smoothies, so we always have spinach and kale," Taylor said. "We throw in different proteins and frozen fruits like bananas, strawberries, and raspberries."
