Apple Restaurant Built to Prevent Leaked Information

May 2, 2012

The Apple restaurant is a planned staff-only eatery on the One Infinite Loop grounds to prevent corporate espionage. The company intends on building a 21,468-square-foot, two-story restaurant to allow employees to discuss what they're working on with their peers.

The building will contain a cafe, meeting rooms, lounge, conference areas and underground parking for guests. Apple is also planning on offering a shuttle bus to and from the office to prevent any accidental slips. This isn't the first time Apple has tried to protect itself; just last year, the tech company went after a German cafe.
