Nick Cannon announced that his recent health issues have been due to an autoimmune disease that is similar to lupus. Because of the disease, Cannon wants to get healthier so he has resigned from his radio morning show and also said he has to give up fast food.
"I can't have fast food anymore... no happy meals -- I'm sad," he said. "But I feel a lot better. That kind of food slows you down."
