In September, I wrote about the details of Hilary Duff's pregnancy diet as relayed by her trainer Harley Pasternak, and the actress herself recently revealed a few more tidbits. For one thing, she's embracing moderation and doing plenty of low-impact workouts.
"You go through a period [in your pregnancy] of feeling fat," she admitted in Life & Style. "But I've been exercising and eating what I want in moderation." Pasternak also added that she's consuming lots of water and lean protein to stay hydrated and healthy.
