WNBA star, Cappie Pondexter can thank part of her success to her healthy lifestyle. Rule #1: never skip breakfast.
"I always eat breakfast so I have energy for practice," Pondexter said. "My quick and healthy go-to meals are Raisin Bran with skim milk, and yogurt with fruit."
When she starts to get too stressed out and needs some time to herself, Pondexter takes a trip to the gym.
"When I'm feeling stressed, I hit the gym — even if it's 1 in the morning! For me, exercise is the best way to get out aggression and clear my mind. Make time for whatever helps you relax."
