If you are looking for an easy sandwich to make for Father's Day, this is it. These bbq beef sliders are delicious and the meat can be prepared ahead of time. I like to toss the pulled beef with a sweet barbecue sauce but you can go North Carolina style and have a vinegar based sauce. I would go the traditional route with these sliders and serve them with coleslaw and baked beans.
Ingredients:
6 strips bacon
2 pounds beef chuck
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup brown sugar
salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cups to 3 of barbecue sauce
Hamburger buns or Hawaiian rolls
