Quick Cherry Tomato and Cilantro Tart

Ingredients
1 package refrigerated crescent dough
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

About
It's almost summer so look for organic or heirloom tomatoes at your farmer's market or grocery store. As well you can substitute any fresh herbs of your liking for the cilantro.
