Ingredients
1 cup
Chana dal
(Bengal Gram)
1 cup
Tuar dal
1 cup
mug dal
1 cup
uddad dal
1 cup
Split Red
Lentil
(Masoor
Dal)
1 cup
rice
2
onions
2
tomatos
7
Green chilis
1/2 teaspoon
turmeric
powder
Coriander leaves,
finely chopped
salt,
to taste
oil
Preparation
1
Wash
and
soak
the dal and rice at least 6 hour or overnight in water, then
grind
to a paste.

Add
salt
with water to make batter. Leave in room temperature overnight.
3
Mix
onion and chilies to the thin batter.
4
Heat
pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
5
Spread the
mix
on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa. Cook on both the sides, if desired.
