Ingredients
1 cup
rolled oats
1 cup
heavy cream
1 1/2 cups
fresh
raspberries
1 teaspoon Drambuie
Preparation
1
Toast the oats in a
frying
pan until lightly
browned;
cool.
Whip
the
cream
until soft peaks form;
stir
in the oatmeal, raspberries and Drambuie.
Serve
in glass
dishes.
