Lamb Chop Fry

Ingredients

10 lamb chops ,flattened by gently hammering it with a meat hammer,
1 bunch fresh corainder,
4 green chillies as per taste,
1 inch piece ginger,
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons madras curry powder/curry powder
salt as per taste

Preparation

Wash the lamb chops,pat dry, keep aside, ,grind all the above masalas add a tbsp of oil and apply to the chops .marinate for 45 minutes.heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan place the chops in the pan reduce the flame and cover and cook turn and cook on the other side till done.serve hot as a starter or with chapatis
