Ingredients
4 cups
potatoes
, peeled, boiled, riced
1
stick
butter
1/2 teaspoon
salt
2 teaspoons
sugar
2 cups
flour
Preparation
1
Let potato mixture
cool
(at least room temperature) before adding flour.
Roll
1/4 cup ball of mixture into thin, round sheet,
rolling
from the middle out to the edges. (Use a grooved
rolling
pin!) Makes 12-14 sheets.
