Meatballs With Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup boiling water
2 cubes beef bouillon
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups sour cream
olive oil
Preparation

Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, mustard, herbs, and paprika in a large bowl and mix well. Form into balls and brown in olive oil.
