Grain-Free Sandwich Bread
Ingredients
340g (about 1 1/3 cup) Almond Butter
          8 eggs
          100g (1 cup) Almond Flour
          1 tsp salt
          1 tsp ground black pepper
          1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
          50g (1/3 cup) sunflower seeds
          50g (1/3 cup) pine nuts
          50g (1/3 cup) pumpkin seeds
          1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
          salt & pepper
      Preparation

Preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line your loaf tin.

Mix the almond butter, almond flour, eggs, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and the tsps of salt and pepper together in a large mixing bowl.

Add the bicarbonate of soda and mix well again.

Pour or spoon the mixture into the lined loaf tin and top with the poppy seeds, some coarse salt and ground black pepper.

Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the loaf.

Turn out onto a cooling rack and wait until cool to slice.
