Ingredients
2 cups semolina flour durum
1 pkt chopped spinach (10 oz) cooked

In this recipe you're supposed to drain the spinach, reserving any excess liquid and add as needed to form a good dough. She says this recipe may be more difficult to roll out in a hand-crank machine.
