Pear-Gasms

Ingredients

4 ounce premium white chocolate baking bar
1/4 cup dried (dehydrated) pears, chopped
2 pinchs cinnamon

Preparation

Break baking bar into small pieces and place in the top pan of a double boiler.

Stirring constantly, allow the white chocolate to melt until creamy.

Incorporate two pinches each of cinnamon and sea salt.

Add the pears and walnuts, coating thoroughly.

Carefully spoon into 1" diameter candy cups.

Refrigerate until set.
