Lusciously Lemony Lentil Soup

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Large Onion, Chopped
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Carrots, Peeled and Chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons Cilantro
Salt to Taste

When the oil is hot, add your onion and garlic and cook until soft; about 5 minutes.
