Frosted Grapes

Ingredients

1 Egg white, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Water
Large grain sugar
Grapes, seedless red, green, or purple

Preparation

In small bowl, combine egg white and water. Dip grapes in egg white, roll in sugar. Let dry at room temperature. Use as a garnish for fancy desserts or on a fruit party tray.
