1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
3/4 cup + 2 Tb unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2/3 cup Milk
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease and flour 9X5X3-inch loaf pan.
2
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and ginger in a medium-size bowl.
