Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients

1 pound 10x powdered sugar
1/2 pound Butter, softened
2 pounds Milk Chocolate Coating

Preparation

Mix sugar, peanut butter, and butter until smooth and soft, If sticky add more powdered sugar.

Form the dough into small nugget shapes- about 1" x 2".

Melt chocolate coating in a large bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat again if not melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Dip the dough balls into the chocolate and place them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze them for a few minutes to set the chocolate and make them shiny.

You can also add nuts and raisins, and put them in paper cups. They are just like a chunky bar. Or just save it in a jar for next time. the kids always like chocolate covered small pretzils. Use your imagination. Good Luck and Enjoy!
