Dak Galbi

Ingredients

2 tablespoons rice wine
3 tablespoons Gochujang (red pepper paste)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon Korean chili powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 onion, minced
1 small sweet potato, diced or cut into french fry shape
1 carrot, sliced
1/4 head Napa cabbage, chopped
12 ozs Korean long rice cakes (Garaeddeok)

Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Mix rice wine, Gochujang, garlic, chili powder, soy sauce and onion.

Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat pan/wok and add oil.

Combine veggies and chicken in pan.

Cook until chicken is done.
