Pasta Italienne

Ingredients
1 pound Pasta shells
3 ounces Walnuts, finely chopped
1 ounce Fresh basil, finely chopped
4 ounces Oyster mushrooms, finely sliced
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 ounce Unsalted butter
7 F1 oz fromage frais
2 ounces Grated vegetarian parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook the pasta shells in a large saucepan with plenty of bailing water for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, gently cook the mushrooms and garlic in the butter for 2-3 minutes.

Drain the pasta, and mix in the mushrooms and fromage frais mixture.

Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Follow with a soya fruit flavoured dessert.
