Easy Chili Paneer
Ingredients
300 grams Paneer
200 grams
Onions

Capsicum
1 1/2 tablespoons
Maida
1
Curd
1 teaspoon
Cornflour
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Chili sauce
1 teaspoon
Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Ginger
garlic
paste
1 1/2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce
to taste
Salt
and
pepper
2 teaspoons
Yogurt
Preparation

Make fine paste of maida, cornflour, curd,
salt,
peper pwd, ginger garlic paste .

Marinate
paneer cubes in it for half an hour and shallow
fry
till
turns
crispy.

Keep aside.

Heat
1 tbsp oil &
stir fry
ginger garlic paste and
chopped
thick onions & capsicums til
l turn
s brow
n.

Add to
taste
salt,
pepper and sauces. Cook on high until oil
separates
from sauces.

Add paneer cubes and cook for 5-6 min.

Garnish
with coriander and spring onions green.

Serve
hot with mint yogurt dip.
