Brown Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup or less vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt may omit
1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

1
Cook for 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over cooked roast, stew beef, chicken or pork and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Especially good on beef.
