cup dark beer
cup soy sauce
cup Dijon mustard
cup dark brown sugar - (firmly packed)
1 onion minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds lean pork spareribs trimmed of excess
fat and halved crosswise by butcher
