Pollo Alla Cacciatora

Ingredients

kilograms chicken
150 milliliters white marination liquer
60 milliliters butter or olive oil
200 milliliters chicken stock
seasonings

Preparation

Fabricate the meat into sauté cut and marinate the chicken into white marination liquor.

Prepare tomato concasse separately

Sauté onion, garlic,celery and add tomato concasse, add grated carrot and olive and cook

Then add sauteed chicken and cook well, simmer for sometime and adjust the seasoning

Add rosemary and sliced mushroom while simmering

Finish it in oven and serve hot with proper garnish.
