Bake cake in 9x13 pan as directed on box. Make pudding as directed on box. Crush candy bars.

Line glass with cut up squares of 1/2 cake. Pour 1/4 cup Kahlua over cake. Add 1/2 of chocolate pudding. Cover with CoolWhip and 1/2 Heath bars. Repeat to. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
