Mackerel Spread

Ingredients

1 can mackerel water-packed
skinless and boneless
2 slcs Vidalia onion (Thick slices)
teaspoon Mrs. Dash table seasoning
teaspoon Mrs. Dash lemon herb seasoning
teaspoon paprika
teaspoon dried garlic
teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Use whatever liquid is in the can, and, if necessary, add a bit of water.

Put it all into a food processor and process until it has the consistency of a pate.

Serve with whole grain crackers and enjoy guilt-free!
