8 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

It doesn't get any easier than this. Mix up 20 servings for a fraction of the cost of oatmeal packets. We like to divide into ziploc bags and then place the filled bags right into an oatmeal container with lid.
