Pink Popcorn

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

cup miniature marshmallow

4 tablespoons strawberry jello ½ package

2 quarts popcorn popped

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir marshmallows into the melting butter. Let them soften but not melt completely. Add the gelatin. Stir until butter-marshmallow mixture is evenly colored. Gelatin does not have to be dissolved. Drizzle over popcorn & mix well.

Description: "This is traditional for me to make for my Girl Scouts on the first night of camping. My daughter-in-law (who joined my Brownie troop when she was 6) still begs me for this!" Yield: 2 quarts

NOTES : Very pretty & pink. I've tried this in other flavors but keep coming back to the strawberry.
