Ingredients
1 8-ounce jar of
apricot jam
1 small Bottle of
French dressing
1 pkt Dry
onion soup mix
1 Cut up
chicken
fryer
, (1 pound)
Preparation
1
Mix
jam,
dressing
, and onion
soup
mix
together.
Wash
the chicken with
warm
water and pat
dry
with a paper towel. Place the chicken pieces in a square or rectangle
baking
dish.
Pour sauce over the chicken.
Bake
uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
