Pink Grapefruit Sorbet

Ingredients
1 Grated rind of pink grapefruit
1 Pink grapefruit - inside section
1 cup Ruby red grapefruit juice
2 cups Sparkling apple juice
1/4 cup Sugar
Preparation

Grate the rind from one pink grapefruit and set aside.

Peel and section the grapefruit meat, removing white membrane.

Place grapefruit meat in a food process and process until finely chopped.

Add the grapefruit juice and grated rind and process until smooth.

Pour mixture into a 2 qt. hand-turned or electric freezer.

Add the apple juice and sugar.

Stir well and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
