Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake That Will Knock Your Sock Off

Ingredients

Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (store bought or you can make them yourself in your food processor)
2/3 cup butter melted
Chocolate Layer:
6 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter (I have never tried to use the all natural peanut butter but I hav
2 tablespoons heavy cream

In a small bowl combine crumbs and brown sugar. Add butter and press into spring form pan.

Bake 6 minutes at 300 degrees

Let cool on wire wrack.

Chocolate Layer

In medium bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Melt by microwaving in 30 second intervals. (1 1/2 minutes total)

Whisk in sugar, flour, and eggs.

Pour into crust and bake on 300 for 15 minutes.

Let cool on wire wrack.

Peanut Butter Layer:

In large bowl (I use my kitchenaid mixer) beat cream cheese and sugar.

Beat in peanut butter

Beat in eggs and yolk one at a time.

Pour over cooled chocolate layer.

Bake on 300 for 1 hour 15 minutes. When finished baking run knife around edges to prevent sticking.

Cool Completely!

Chocolate Ganache Topping

Microwave chocolate and cream in 30 second intervals until melted.

Pour over completely cooled cake

Refrigerate cake at least 8 hours to set.
