Turn out onto flour board and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in large greased bowl. Turn so all surfaces are greased. Cover, let rise in a warm draft free place until doubled in size. When dough has risen, punch down by pushing fist in dough. Roll out onto pan, cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven of 400 degrees. Spread with sauce and toppings. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
