Sausage and Ravioli Bake

Ingredients
3 links hot Italian sausage
3 links sweet Italian sausage
1/2 pound mushrooms, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 small pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
1 sm. jar Ragu
1 (16 oz.) canned tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons red wine
Preparation

Cook ravioli according to directions.
Boil sausage 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Discard casings and slice diagonally.
Saute sausage, onion, mushrooms, and pepper in 3 tablespoons butter.
Add Ragu, tomatoes, sausages and spices.
Bring to boil, adding red wine.

Alternate layers of ravioli and cheese and sauce (end with sauce). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
