Moist Banana Bread With Nutella

Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Mashed Ripened Bananas (I use about 2 ½ to 3)
1/2 cup Sour Cream (can sub plain yogurt)
3 tablespoons Nutella

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl or stand mixer, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla extract together.

Add eggs, one at a time and beat well until fluffy.

In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients. Then in another bowl, make the banana, sour cream and Nutella mixture by mashing them all together.

Add the flour mixture alternately with the banana mixture to the butter mixture, small amounts at a time, ending with the dry ingredients.

Gently mix in nuts, if desired.

Grease and flour one bread pan and pour batter in.

Bake for 45 min - 1 hour, or until a skewer or knife comes out clean. Cool on wire rack in pan for 15 mins, then remove to wire rack. Serve warm!

This is my grandpa's Fluffy Banana Bread recipe, but I've added a twist with shredded coconut, Nutella, and hazelnuts.
