Banana Avocado Bread

Ingredients
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 small ripe avocado, mashed
1 ripe banana, mashed

Preheat oven to 350.

Mash avocado and banana in a food processor or by hand if you don't have a food processor.

Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or when top is browned and firm to touch. Test for doneness with a toothpick and bake longer if necessary.

Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
