Skewered Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless chicken
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste
Preparation

Dice the boneless chicken into cubes. Marinade for 48 hours with all ingredients except butter.

Skewer the chicken. Barbecue on hot charcoal grill.

Serve hot with salads.
Yield:
4.0 skewers, based on the size of the skewer.
