Frozen Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
Graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat egg whites and sugar until very stiff peaks form.

Mix in remaining ingredients except the cream

Whip cream

Fold whipped cream into all other ingredients

Pour into crust

Freeze

Serve straight from the freezer
