Ingredients
8 mediums
Jonathan apples
, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
⅓ C
butter
or
3/4 cup
Brown sugar
, packed ½ c
all purpose flour
1/2 cup Quick
rolled oats
½ tsp
cinnamon
Preparation
1
Place
peeled
apples in lemon
juice
in 8" glass
baking
dish.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Microwave
unovered 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender.
