Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 pound Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast cut up for stir-fry
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
16 ounces Frozen Broccoli carrots, chestnuts
Hot cooked couscous if desired

Preparation

Heat oil in 12-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling,s tirring constantly; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve with couscous.
